We are giving local Christian bands and musicians an opportunity to be considered to play an opening act at Hopefest on August 11th!  All submissions will be heard and considered.  If we receive a large enough response, there is potential for us to release the video submissions publicly, for the community to vote on their favorites.  The response will also influence decisions to proceed with the Hopefest board selecting a local band from the top 3 to be represented at Hopefest, or possibly setting up the winner of a Battle of the Bands to do the same.

    Everything depends on receiving submissions, so submit your videos now!

    Requirements:
    • With a focus on local bands, submissions are eligible if you or your band are established in Ohio.
    • Video must be a live performance of at least 2 minutes.  A live performance can be in front of an audience, or recorded in any setting.  However, keep in mind that your presentation will impact your submission.  If you are taking a video of yourself, it's recommended that you play as if you're performing for a sold-out crowd!
    • Given the nature and focus of the Hopefest concert series, only submissions with christian morals and values will be considered.
    • Deadline: All entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, May 31st, 2019.
    • Please include a link of your performance in the appropriate box below, utilizing YouTube, Facebook, or similar service.
    • If you do not have a link of a performance and would prefer to submit a video file, please follow the link you receive after submitting this form, where you will be able to directly upload a file.
